The Motivation / Mental Energy session is a wave stimulation program based on special sounds created with the use of brainwave entrainment technology. This session energizes and motivates the listener by taking his mind from 15hz to 18hz beta. Beta brainwaves is a very reliable frequency for 'energizing' the user and relieving symptoms of chronic fatigue.
To build this therapy we used Isochronic Tones rhythms. Therefore, you can use speakers or headphones to listen the sounds. This session is ornamented with background forest sounds for a better experience.
