Concentration / focus memory sessions based on brainwave entrainment
The Concentration, Focus, and Memory session is a wave stimulation program based on special sounds created with the use of brainwave entrainment technology. The objective of this session is to help enhance concentration while studying, reading, or performing mental activities that can benefit from increased cognitive performance. To get this objective the session uses mid range beta frequencies and the expected effect of this session is the increase of your focus, memory and mental speed. This session is not as intense as other beta sessions, so you can use it for longer periods of time without mental fatigue.
