Scenic panic session based on binaural beats and forest sounds
The Scenic Panic / Performance axiety is a wave stimulation program based on special sounds created with the use of brainwave entrainment technology. The objective here is to train your brain to correct a hemispheric imbalance that commonly occurs before an anxiety producing activity, such as a test, public speech or performance of some kind. To achieve this objective this session uses Alpha waves to alleviate anxiety, while using Beta frequencies to kep your mind alert.
To build this session, we used Binaural Beats rhythms. Therefore, we recommend the use of headphones to listen to the therapy. This session is ornamented with background forest sounds for a better experience.
