Alertness session based on binaural beats and forest sounds
The Alertness / Caffeine session is a session based on special sounds created with the use of brainwave entrainment technology. This session employs 18Hz (Beta) stimulation as well as a tone with a slowly increasing pitch, to wake and energize the listener. You can also use the Beta or SMR Sessions for Caffiene Replacement. Try this session dayly for a few days to stay awake at work when you feel sleepy, somnolent or drowsy or when you need extra mental energy to face day to day challenges.
To build this session, we used Binaural Beats rhythms. Therefore, we recommend the use of headphones to listen to the therapy. This session is ornamented with background forest sounds for a better experience.
