Basic therapies
Here you will find basic therapies that consist of MP3 files that
include 15 minutes sessions with special sounds based on binaural beats
using the principles of brainwave entrainement to address specific needs.
These basic therapies are the minimal working units to get some effects
on our brains. Users with more severe cases should ask us for lengthier
sessions such as 30-45-60 minutes.
In total, you will find 28 basic sessions. The Healing Music category
contains 14 sessions for relief of common afflictions,
and the Power Music category contains 14 sessions to improve mental skills.
Instructions
- Think about the affliction you want to relieve or the mental skill you want to enhance.
- Choose the session from the list below that best suits your needs.
- Wear good quality headphones and sit down on a comfortable sofa or lie flat in bed
- If you are listening to a healing session, you should keep your eyes closed. If you are listening to power sessions you can keep your eyes open, and even continue your normal activities.
- Listen to the session
